These terms govern orders for Elzaraly™ products. Review the product description, quantity, delivery details, and total charges before submitting an order. Provide accurate contact information so we can communicate about fulfilment.
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation. If stock or a material listing error prevents fulfilment, we will explain the issue and offer a correction for your agreement or cancellation with a full refund.
Changes and cancellation
Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Orders may be cancelled without a cancellation fee before dispatch. Changes depend on fulfilment progress. Dispatched orders follow the Return Policy.
The policies that accompany your order
